Former WBA belt-holder
I think Joshua deserves immense credit for taking the fight because, outside of Fury, I think it’s the most dangerous fight in the division for him stylistically. I just feel size will tell and I feel like he catches up with Usyk and gets him out of there in six or seven rounds. Not before he has to overcome some problems, though.

Usyk’s performances at heavyweight have not really set the world alight. AJ is improving all the time, has a good straight back hand which is key against a southpaw. Usyk could keep AJ thinking all the time, mentally draining with his feints. But a good big ‘un beats a good little ‘un. AJ to win.

International manager
Some say that if AJ doesn’t get his job done in the first eight rounds then it’ll be Usyk with a late stoppage in the 11th! The draw is very attractive in terms of odds and actually not unlikely considering the political landscape behind the fight.

Based on how lean Joshua is looking I would assume they will be happy to use height and reach advantages in an attempt to outbox Usyk so I think this could be a distance job. Joshua on points is a great bet at around 10/3.
