Boxing has a lot of bad news, annoying news, and serious news. Mostly we don’t see a lot of good old-fashioned “fun” with the sport.
So to take a break from all that for a minute, here’s a look at Canelo Alvarez cutting loose with Andy Ruiz Jr’s son in training camp:
Imagine being this kid, not only is your dad former heavyweight champion of the world, but here you are in training camp with arguably the biggest active boxing star on the planet and getting to have fun with him.
Canelo and Ruiz are returning on back-to-back weekends to start May.
Ruiz will be facing Chris Arreola May 1 on pay-per-view (order here!), while Canelo of course fights Billy Joe Saunders on May 8 in a three-belt unification at super middleweight live on DAZN.
