Ennis-Brown-Bowes: Live coverage NOW!

Fighting

Today at 2 pm ET streaming live on ESPN+ in the United Stats, MTK Global’s Fight Night series is back with a main event between Akeem Ennis-Brown and Philip Bowes, with the vacant British and Bowes’ Commonwealth 140-pound titles on the line.

Ennis-Brown, an unbeaten 24-year-old, will look to take the top domestic spot in the division, but the 36-year-old veteran Bowes won’t just be coming to roll over, either. He won the vacant Commonwealth title in Feb. 2019 against Benson Nyilawila, and made a successful defense under two months later against Tom Farrell. But he also hasn’t fought since then, so he’s been out of the ring for about 17 months. Ennis-Brown last fought in exactly the same amount of time, but he is the younger man and probably fresher.

We’ll also see Dan Azeez face Andre Sterling in an English light heavyweight title fight, plus Padraig McCrory and others in action. Join us!
